Each Vantage engagement can create structured evidence relating to a transaction, counterparty, shipment or commercial requirement.
Over time, those records can form the basis of the Vantage Trade Passport: a developing evidence architecture designed to preserve what was reviewed, what evidence supported it, what remained outstanding, when it was reviewed and how the position changed.
Most cross-border evidence work is episodic. A file is assembled, a decision is taken, and the underlying record disperses again into inboxes and folders. The Trade Passport is intended to hold that position instead, so the next deal, payment or shipment begins from an established base rather than a blank page.

The Trade Passport is being developed progressively through real evidence-operations engagements. Its structure reflects what actual transactions require rather than a theoretical model.
Vantage's longer-term ambition is reusable evidence infrastructure that supports continuous assurance across international commerce.
The Trade Passport is a developing evidence architecture. It is not a completed automated platform, a regulatory credential, a government-recognised passport or a certification system, and no such status is implied.
